Operational contact for the customer as well as control and coordination of all technical and infrastructural services in the object Planning, monitoring and optimization of the service delivery incl. Ensuring quality, customer satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements Implementation of object visits, tests, QM checks and ensuring the operational readiness of technical installations Control and control of service providers incl. Supplier assessment, defect management and warranty tracking Responsibility for documentation, master data management and reporting, analysis of key figures and deduction of measures Ensuring proper settlement and cost allocation Technical support and guidance of service technicians as well as independent maintenance, inspection and maintenance work

Complete technical training in the field of TGA, building technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, facility management or maintenance of real estate Knowledge of the management and monitoring of technical and infrastructure services Experience in the handling of service providers, external company management and quality and deficiencies management Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, standards and technical regulations Safe handling of common IT systems, CAFM tools and MS Office Self-employed, structured working methods as well as pronounced customer, service and result orientation
