Working in the team: You are actively involved in our chat team from day one and work closely with product managers, IT and CHECK24-wide experts for chatbots and new technologies (such as ChatGPT) Take responsibility: You are responsible with the team for our fully automated service chat “Pia” and make it a central point of contact for our customers Improve product: You support our experienced product managers in developing new product features and improvements in terms of user-friendliness, functionality and thematic fields in Camper Chat. Realizing ideas: You conceptualize new features around the chat (e.g. retrievals by customer advisers with urgent concerns, help with new bookings or the adaptation of existing bookings directly via the chat) to make them even more helpful for our customers throughout the entire customer journey Measure and Ensure Quality: You create extensive analyses, define meaningful key figures (e.g. contact reasons, break-off analyses, usage intensity of features) and identify potential improvements based on them

Education: Current university studies with very good services (economic informatics, economic engineering, BWL, VWL, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Science, economics, economic mathematics, etc.) Practical experience: First experiences with chatbots of advantage, as well as enthusiasm for the product camper Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions Analytical and strategic thinking: Very good analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, structured and independent working Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet Affinity, great interest in e-commerce and digital trends and good technical understanding and/or Will to work on technical issues Drive and Communication: Very good communication skills and team skills to ensure quick and constructive coordination with a wide range of stakeholders in the dynamic environment Tools: Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing
