With your colleagues, you control the capital investments of the Saxon doctoral care with the focus on real estate. The following tasks are performed: You monitor our European real estate projects - from idea to completion. In combination with our external service providers - real estate managers, project taxers, architects, contractors etc. - You play an active role in optimizing planning and construction solutions and improving project processes. You create cost transparency and provide opportunities to comply with the goals set. You check the scheduling and act in a controlling manner in case of deviations. You contribute to technical due diligence in sales and sales. You monitor the construction condition of the real estate portfolio with regard to necessary maintenance costs. You form your work results in the IT systems and create internal and external reporting documents.
