You plan and organize international freight and charter traffic for partial and complete loads (LTL/ FTL) You will ensure the optimal utilization of the means of transport by purchasing and selling cargo In doing so, you conduct negotiations with transport companies and customers You calculate daily rates and answer the results for your task You take the proactive status control and assignment and always have a look at the time You enter an associated customer base in the international environment and further develop customer relationships Activities include, inter alia, route planning and handling and all related services

You have completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or can demonstrate a comparable commercial qualification in the field of transport and logistics You have already gained first experience in the international disposition of a stockpedition as well as in the telephone customer support, ideally you are already a professional in this area To your strengths, you count a strong team player mentality and service orientation as well as a high level of commitment Also in hectic situations you keep a cool head and stay confident Good knowledge of English for exchange with international customers complete your profile
