Monday to Friday in early and midday shift.

Friendly reception of staff, visitors and guests

Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls in German and English Post-processing (input/output)

Coordination of general email traffic

Management and supervision of appointments and meetings including preparation and follow-up

First contact point for external service providers and suppliers

General administrative and organisational activities

A successfully completed commercial vocational training or several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Safe handling of popular MS Office applications and Outlook Good organizational skills dealing with sensitive information and the ability to maintain confidentiality Proactive action and the ability to identify and solve problems independently
