Support and advice from owners:inside, users:inside all questions about rental and rental as well as the sale of logistics, industrial and production areas as well as land Active acquisition of mandates, new customers and objects as well as processing of single market orders Control of the entire transaction process – from the initial language to the conclusion of the contract Implementation of market and location analyses, production of presentations and exhibits Conception and implementation of marketing and sales measures Preparation and accompaniment of rental and contract negotiations Close cooperation with internal teams and external partners Establishment and maintenance of a network at regional and national level Travel activity within the respective care area

Completed commercial training or study, ideally with real estate First to multi-year experience in commercial real estate (depending on seniority) Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities and sales competence Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking Analytical skills and data affinity Structured, independent working and team skills Safe handling of MS Office readiness to travel within Germany Very good German and good English skills
