You actively shape the strategic development of our technical training in customer service You make sure that workouts are planned in advance, data-based controlled and scalable You take the role of hosting our on-site trainings in Herzogenrath – both for internal audiences and for our customers You analyze and structure training needs and guide stressable, predictive training plans You tune training needs closely with Sales (Forecast) and with regional units (Demand) You plan and coordinate the global use of our training resources You actively shape training processes, optimize existing processes and implement sustainable standards You develop our training formats in a didactic way, for example by modularization and scalable concepts You support the planning, coordination and implementation of training in the Training Center

You have completed a degree in Learning & Development, Education, Economy, Technology or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have experience in the field of learning & development, training operations or in a comparable function with You bring very good knowledge of German and English and communicate with you in both languages You are structured, analytical and like to work conceptually and solution-oriented Ideally, you have knowledge in handling Excel, SAP and LMS systems (e.g. LMS365) Personally you score through your joy of design, development and continuous optimization
