In this responsible position, you control the operational and strategic orientation of the real estate management and are therefore responsible for the company's own department. The development and implementation of management strategies for the preservation of value and optimization of the real estate stock are always in the eye. You are responsible for the smooth and customer-friendly rental and inventory management with your team (including monitoring and optimization of the rental and incidental cost accounting, vacancy management, housing property management).
