Your duties

Maintain and develop the international network of service partners Choosing, qualifying and continuous evaluation of service partners Organizing and conducting training and workshops Support for technical questions and escalations in the service case Close cooperation with the areas of sales, technology and quality management Participation in the development and implementation of service concepts and processes Maintenance and further development of the service partner database and documentation

Your profile

Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of service or partner management Projektleiter (m/w/d) Experience in the technical service environment, ideally in the photovoltaic or energy industry, of advantage Embossed communication and organisational skills Intercultural competence and experience desired in dealing with international partners Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Travel readiness (national and international) to a small extent
