Account management of outpatient and inpatient patients with medical choices based on Charité requirements Examination and completion of patient records, as well as digital file care Examination of the validity of the treatment contracts and preparation of the performance descriptions and presentations for the accounting firm Contact person for patients and employees in all private billing questions Processing of invoice complaints in cooperation with private patients, the billing company, the central billing management of the Charité and the clinic directorate Create, optimize and control the patient document lists for private billing and internal controlling Preparation of cost estimates for stationary international patients as treatment recommendations according to the present data and for cash-paying outpatients with professional application of the fee regulations for doctors (GOÄ) Processing of evidence requirements taking into account the data protection law Optimization of internal processes for the performance accounting of outpatient and outpatient patients with medical choices Non-invasive functional diagnostics such as EKG, long-term ECG, lung function, ABI measurements and blood collection Planning and organisation of the private office as a holiday and disease representation
