For our internal team we are looking for a Junior Consultant (m/w/d) staff at the next possible time.

Your duties

• You are the first to contact our customers and continue our growth strategy
• You process personal requests, create individual offers and successfully conduct price and contract negotiations
• In cooperation with our recruiting department, you will win qualified candidates for your customer requests
• You are responsible for the care and personal management of your team
• In this case, you conduct personal, assessment and interviews
• Developing personal and telephone conversations Long-term, successful relationships with customers, employees and applicants

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your commercial studies or alternatively a training as a personal service provider (m/w/d) or a comparable training
• You already have first sales and/or personnel experience
• You have fun communicating with decision-makers from different hierarchical levels at eye level
• You like to communicate and have a high level of service orientation
• For you, the team idea is a decisive success factor
• They are characterized by their own initiative, aim, and entrepreneurial thinking and working methods
• In addition to knowledge of German, you have good English skills
