Administrator for operating cost accounting (m/f/d)

Our partner company wants to grow and offers you the opportunity to start as a specialist / additional cost accounting (m/w/d) at the Erlangen site. This is a direct exchange. In consultation with our partner company, the application process is completely controlled by Academic Work.

You can look forward to this: Attractive salary & Extras: Fair salary structure (28,000 € – 45,000 € depending on the qualification and experience) plus asset-effective benefits (VWL) and 15% AG grant to bAV. Free on Friday from 1 p.m.: sliding time model with core working hours (Mo-Do 09:30–15:30 p.m.). Fridays are already announced from 1 pm weekend! Own production, preparation and testing of annual operating and heating cost accounting. Support for a diverse real estate portfolio (WEGs, Commercial, Free-Financed Housing and Social Apartments). Book balances and receivables, adjustment of advance payments and execution of dunning in close exchange with cost accounting. Written and telephone correspondence with tenants, owners and offices (e.g. in case of late payments). Work with the local settlement program Giese and the digital document management system ELO.

Compulsively required professional experience in the independent production of additional costs and operating costs A commercial training (e.g. as a real estate businessman (m/w/d)) is advantageous, but the practical experience in billing is crucial to us Software affinity, ideally first knowledge with Giese or ELO Very independent working, self-initiative and open, direct and honest communication
