Own-sponsored planning and control of maintenance measures for building infrastructure systems from performance phase 5 HOAI taking into account operational, safety-relevant (BOStrab) and economic requirements: Total project management of complex maintenance measures with responsibility for dates, costs and quality Creation and testing of execution planning and construction time and schedules in cooperation with engineering offices Implementation of cost estimates, budget planning and cost control over all project phases Participation in tendering, preparation and testing of performance directories and implementation of award procedures Control and coordination of all internal and external project participants (structures, companies, specialist departments) Contractor representation to contractors, authorities, third parties and residents Ensuring the quality of the building through construction meetings, construction site controls and documentation Implementation of acceptances, monitoring of deficiencies and follow-up and warranty management Coordination of interfaces and ensuring a smooth project sequence Participation in commissioning and in the further development of maintenance processes and standards

Completed degree (Bachelor / Bachelor Professional) in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualification (technical technician/master construction) with several years of experience in maintenance according to DIN 31051 Knowledge of infrastructure (ideally rail infrastructure) and planning and construction Good knowledge of relevant regulations and regulations (including BOStrab, HOAI, DIN/EN standards, procurement law) Experience in tendering, awarding and controlling construction services knowledge of the application of AVA software or the willingness to acquire it in the short term Embossed analytical and structured working methods and strategic thinking skills Communication strength, enforcement and negotiation skills Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and project-related IT systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Suitability for safety oversight Divinity according to VDV 714 driving licence class B
