Tasks, competences and responsibility For our customers from room 74821 Mosbach, we are looking for several team leaders or Layered ladder for production lines in three-layer.

A later takeover is planned in a timely manner in case of suitability

Your tasks:

• Personnel management of up to 10 MA at the production lines for aerosol filling
• Defining the optimal production sequence of filling orders
• Monitoring of occupational safety and quality guidelines and set-up and deadlines
• Determination of fault causes and initiation of fault elimination measures
• Development and compliance with standardized workflows
• Implementation of employee training and staff discussions

technical knowledge, multi-year experience in employee management. You can work 3-layered and perform your tasks structured, reliable and responsible. You react flexibly to different tasks and have the organizational processes as well as the participants in mind. You can support your team and, if necessary, you can also hand it yourself. You communicate purposefully to achieve good results together. Your knowledge of German in word and writing are perfect.
