Construction preparation, tendering and participation in the awarding and processing and testing of engineering contracts according to HOAI Construction and monitoring of motorway projects Examination and negotiation of supplements and warranty monitoring

Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering or aptitude acquired equivalent by professional experience Skills and knowledge in the field of road construction Insufficient knowledge about the laws, regulations and guidelines in road traffic law (e.g. VgV, VOB, HOAI etc.) Class B driving licence and readiness to operate a utility vehicle Very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR)

That would be desirable: Multiannual professional experience in construction management and construction monitoring Secure computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, iTWO

Group of charges: E11 to E12 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
