Educator / socio-pedagogical assistant for the elementary sector wanted (m/f/d)

Since September 2023 we have been there for small explorers, explorers and their families. In our light-flooded house with huge garden there are plenty to experience: a climbing park, a water pump, a greenhouse and much more! With us, something new is discovered and tested every day.

The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer pedagogical professionals the opportunity to fully develop their ideas and potential. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our elementary children in the individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Your work is based on the needs of the children
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation
• You are an expert in an educational focus or develop this and inspire the children with your topic

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator / SPA is absolutely necessary. A focus in one of the six educational areas of the educational guideline in Schleswig-Holstein is desirable, but we do not assume.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
