You work closely with the management and support in operational and strategic matters You prepare decisions based on research, analysis, concepts and clear recommendations for action You coordinate and structure projects on behalf of management You organize internal and external appointments, prepare them professionally, accompany them and prepare the content You create professional texts, presentations, reports as well as decision and communication templates You keep your back operationally free of the management by filtering, prioritizing and continuing to control tasks You independently recognize where there is a need for action – and go proactively on topics

You have completed studies (e.g. business, communication, politics, management) or comparable professional experience You have pronounced analytical skills and a talent to compile complex topics in a comprehensible way A strong writing and communication skills characterizes you You are characterized by organizational talent, sovereignty and a high degree of trustworthiness A structured, solution-oriented and very self-responsible way of working is obvious to you You have knowledge of German (C2) and good English (min.
