The “Lausitz Science Park” (LSP) is responsible for building an operating company for the Technology and Innovation Park, which is to be created as one of the outstanding projects of the structural development of the Brandenburg Technical University of Cottbus-Senftenberg and the city of Cottbus. The LSP develops an innovative landscape with international radiance in the final expansion of 420 ha, which aims to combine excellent basic and applied research with innovative spin-offs and numerous business settlements.

Project management and project coordination of the LSP, insb. Control and coordination of project work as a link between management and project staff Further development of the LSP project-related strategy taking into account the principles of management and the BTU Bureau Conception, planning and implementation of the execution and construction organisation and ensuring the achievement of the set milestones in the project Identification of optimization requirements, e.g. in the execution organisation to ensure the achievement of the project objectives Processing and control of the production process of cooperation agreements incl. the integration of the bodies to be involved in BTU; Advising the management with regard to the opportunities and risks of the respective cooperation agreements Further development of the profile line concept of the LSP Structure and support of the project management in the LSP, including a suitable quality management Compilation of presentations, lectures, statistics and reports and preparation of press texts in the project context content preparation and follow-up of events, workshops, meetings within the framework of the project Initiation of large procurement processes for the LSP project incl. Coordination with the responsible bodies within and outside BTU Integration of the Lausitz Science Network into the activities of the LSP Strategic planning of joint specialist initiatives with the cooperation partners Monitoring the budget in cooperation with project management

A completed university degree (Master/university degree/university) is expected to be completed in a field relevant to the activity, such as project management, science management, economics, communications and/or political sciences, media and communication, or comparable. The following knowledge and/or experience is desirable: multiannual experience in project management Experience in project and process management at universities or research institutions Experience in the transfer work of research projects sound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications very good foreign language knowledge in English, possibly other foreign languages Personally, you are characterized by a pronounced analytically conceptual thinking and working. They possess good cooperation and communication skills as well as a high degree of social competence. You also have a technical understanding and entrepreneurial action.
