You control, coordinate and optimize the entire production processes in our plant in Weimar, in particular in the areas of cutting, locksmithing, certified welding operation according to DIN EN 1090 and assembly You ensure the timely completion of our customized customer projects through efficient personnel, machine and material deployment planning directly at the site You lead, motivate and develop an experienced team of metal builders: inside, welders: inside in Weimar and for a working climate characterized by respect and quality awareness You monitor strict compliance with quality standards and test regulations and ensure consistent implementation of safety and accident prevention regulations (UVV) You work closely with management, purchasing and construction to continuously improve production processes

You have a successfully completed master's examination in the metal building craftsmanship (Metal Builder:in), are industrial master:in metal, state-tested:r technician:in or have completed a degree in the field of production technology / mechanical engineering You bring multi-year leadership experience in a manufacturing company of metal, steel or mechanical engineering with You have well-founded knowledge in metal processing and common welding processes; Certifications according to DIN EN 1090 are advantageous, ideally you have a training as a welding specialist (SFM) You are strong, communicative, has organizational talent and keeps an overview even with a high load in the workshop
