These challenges await you with us: You are responsible for the operational handling of customs procedures in the fields of import, export and shipping in the Zabis Atlas customs system, thereby ensuring compliance with all relevant control regulations and legal provisions You check, control and control customer orders and ensure the correct collection and processing in the FastLogistics broadcast system As a central interface, you coordinate the communication between customers, production, logistics and customs and ensure a smooth flow of information You get customs instructions from our customers and ensure complete and timely processing of customs operations In addition, you will create simple preferential documents according to standard specifications, transfer the tariff according to customer specifications and ensure compliance with all customs and foreign policy regulations, directives and instructions You carry out general job-related activities, provide customer data, monitor the completeness of original documents and ensure proper documentation of all relevant processes Ensuring high-quality, legally compliant and customer-oriented order processing completes your activity profile
