The department of purchasing management with around 160 employees is a central service provider for the specialist departments and rehabilitation centres of the DRV Bund. It combines diverse fields of competence, in particular in the field of procurement and contract management, and is responsible for the central procurement of supply, service and construction services, which are essential for the smooth running of the organisation. In addition, the procurement area supports, supports and advises the demand points both strategically and operationally to ensure efficient and sustainable procurement processes. In addition to the operational management, a further focus is on the participation of innovative projects that provide impulses for future-oriented shopping strategies and contribute to the further development of the DRV Bund.

They support the department and department management in person, professional and organizational terms and ensure smooth operations They take responsibility for demanding tasks in procurement law and make informed decisions on important issues and advise competently on all issues of procurement law They shall draw up opinions on supervisory authorities and in the context of statutory audit procedures – including the representation of the DRV Bund before the awarding chamber They analyse current case law and literature and actively shape cooperation between the German pension insurance institutions They write precise opinions on complex issues, such as complaints or audit reports, and take over management and cooperation in in interdisciplinary work and project groups You will give lectures and workshops on exciting topics related to procurement law

You have a successfully completed scientific higher education of law (state exams, master as economic lawyer) or an equivalent degree (uni-diplom, master or equivalent) of economics or comparable degree courses They have verifiable current professional experience in the field of procurement and are familiar with the relevant legal frameworks They bring a quick understanding and a pronounced commercial understanding with They work conceptually, strategically and structured and keep an overview of challenging projects A strong communication and cooperation capability, self-initiative, sense of responsibility and excellent written and oral expressive skills complete your profile
