For a fast-growing, internationally active company, we are looking for a personality that HR thinks holistically and wants to create and develop structures in a dynamic environment. The company is growing continuously, inter alia through acquisitions, and is in an exciting phase of further development.

The company employs around 200 employees, of which about 150 in Germany. The HR area is currently restructured and set up as an independent function.

You take responsibility for all HR topics - from operational personnel work to the further development of structures and processes. You are close to the employees, make changes actively and at the same time bring order and clarity into growing structures.

In the first step, you will lead an employee and develop the HR structure as well as the team in a perspective. You report directly to the management.

This position is aimed at HR-Professionals, e.g. HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Lead, HR Generalist or Head of Personnel (m/w/d), who want to take responsibility or introduce their experience in an environment where You can really move something.

If you like to work independently, implement things pragmatically and at the same time keep the view for the big whole, you can expect a task with a lot of design playroom.

Responsibility for the entire HR area Construction and optimization of HR processes and processes Development of existing structures and the establishment of new HR standards Participation in recruiting, personnel development and employee retention Contact persons for employees and executives in all personal topics Introduction and further development of HR systems and tools Construction and use of HR key numbers for control Ensuring a legally secure and structured HR environment
