As a project manager of the Gamma Group, you plan, tax and monitor projects in an international team to achieve the strategic goals. You take back your experience in building and managing autonomous, self-organized teams and ensure clarity in context and framework conditions. You are responsible for the successful completion of important business changes across a portfolio of products and services. Practical experience in working with teams to encrypt large, complex work packages in sequenced, tangible tasks. You know how to communicate plans and their underlying assumptions of a variety of stakeholders – from technicians to top management. You have already worked with agile project management methods or the waterfall principle. Knowledge of MS Office applications, Jira and Confluence would be desirable You can identify and manage project risks consistently and appropriately. You give clear and objective status updates and know when to escalate. You have experience in helping teams solve problems and eliminate obstacles. A friendly, enthusiastic personality with experience in team building and a deep understanding of how people work together at all levels of a company.
