With around 600 properties, we are experts for retail real estate of the “Basic Retail” segment, i.e. with food anchors in Germany. You support our team in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects in the field of charging infrastructure and photovoltaics On site you will accompany the technical implementation and agree with construction managers, installation companies and network operators To ensure project progress, monitor compliance with dates, budgets and quality standards You create project documents, status reports and documentation For the existing charging points and PV systems, you take over the ongoing support and analyze the operating data for deriving optimization measures You work closely with tenants, internal departments and our stakeholders and contribute to the sustainable development of our locations In contract negotiations and technical questions, you support the team with your expertise

You can provide a successfully completed study in the field of business, technology or real estate, or a comparable training with a commercial and technical background. As a project manager, you have ideally already gained first experiences, but also motivated professionals are welcome With your technical understanding of energy systems, electrical and building technology, you can convince as well as with your interest in sustainable energy solutions and modern infrastructure You have basic knowledge in the right to lease, e.g. for commercial leases and usage rights Your contact and communication strength as well as the joy of working with various contact persons are your You have a strong team capability and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
