As a working student in the Corporate Actions team, you will get comprehensive insights into the operational back office of securities processing. You support the team in a variety of tasks relating to the handling of capital measures and the support of our customers. Your tasks at a glance: Support in managing corporate actions such as dividend payments, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions Maintenance and updating of databases and relevant systems Date monitoring and preparation as part of Annual General Meetings Examination and processing of customer instructions on voluntary capital measures Support for process optimization and automation initiatives

You are a student in the field of business, economics, economic mathematics or a comparable degree programme. In addition, you are interested in securities processes, capital market products and their operational settlement. MS Office, especially Excel, you can control safely. You bring a careful, structured and reliable operation. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
