For our building management, we are looking for plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning in full time Continuous maintenance: You carry out maintenance measures in the field of sanitary, heating and climate, taking into account the relevant regulations. Legal documentation: You document all services legally and support the maintenance of plant documentation in the CAFM system. Overarching cooperation: You work in the factory engineering team across all the services of building maintenance. Professional support: You support professional construction and maintenance activities of other departments and external companies. Reliable readiness: You participate in the readiness to call and are available if necessary.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning, as a central heating and ventilation manufacturer or as a gas and water installer (m/w/d). You have knowledge of relevant rules and good computer skills; Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous. With your good understanding, you analyze technical problems and troubleshoot the application reliably. Working pleasure, team skills and service orientation shape your working day, and you bring willingness to further and further training measures. You have several years of professional experience and possess the driving class B.
