• Fidenti overtime supplement of 35% instead of only 25% • Fidenti Over-tariff payout of the actual worked 40 hours, instead of only 35 hours per week • Fidenti wage payments at the 10th of the following month instead of the 15th • Fidenti deposit on 1st of the month • Fidenti performance premium (depending on customer use)

Requirements profile: • A completed vocational training is not required • Experience as a machining mechanic, CNC machine operator (m/w/d) or similar • A safe handling with measuring and testing means is of course for you • A strong sense of quality and an independent, responsible and reliable way of working • Ready for shift work is required
