Working Student Automation Customer Onboarding (f/m/d)

Be it to our classic of meadows but also to other regular great events such as a cocktail party, a pub quiz or common riddles in an escape room. We always like to come together as a team, exchange ourselves and have fun together.

You actively participate in a relevant internal project team responsible for the automation of customer onboarding. You support the creation of automated onboarding guides. You are responsible for the continuous improvement and topicality of these guides. You stand for feature releases in close cooperation with our product development team. You work with AI tools in an innovative environment. You can bring ideas and suggestions into an important project.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of a relevant study programme, such as health management, data science or business informatics, in Munich. You are interested in project management and digital solutions. You work independently, structured and are communicative. You have German knowledge on at least C1 level. Good sense of text in German and English. Safe handling of MS Office.

As a student, you will be part of our team here in Munich. Together with Linda, who is responsible for coordination and support as your manager, and two other team members will work together on our project to automate onboarding. You also have the opportunity to sniff into the area of the Customer Success Team to gain work experience here as well.
