It expects a trainee program that is individually tailored to your competences and your degree, and you will work together with a mentor from top management. During the 18-month program, you will mainly go through the various insurance divisions of LVM Insurance and get an entry into the core business of the company. In addition to the insurance-specific departments in the field of internal services, stakes in staff departments and short internships in the field of external services are also held. They expand your expertise and product knowledge and get to know the decision-making and organisational structures and work processes. Connected with individual, targeted training offers, you get an optimal entry into our company.

You have completed your Master's degree in Business Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science with above-average success. First practical experiences (practice, training, etc.) in the insurance industry are ideally brought with you - but are not a must. They are curious, open to new things and bring the flexibility to work on different topics and tasks. Learning is not a compulsory program for you, but a chance to develop yourself personally and professionally. They like to take responsibility, introduce their own ideas and drive forward topics with commitment. And you understand working in the team, communicating clearly and finding solutions together.
