The ABRAX KADABRAX children's and youth circus is a social-cultural educational project with a permanent location at the Osdorfer Born. On the beautiful circus grounds, in the immediate vicinity of the Bornheide town house, which is also in our carrier, there are a four-mass circus tent and several circus cars, a circus café and two workshops for costume and prop. In many cooperations, the circus implements sociocultural and circular projects. Every year, over 2,000 people participate in the offers of the circus. The Diakonische Werk Hamburg-West/Südholstein is looking for a children's and youth circus ABRAX KADABRAX on 01.07.2026 Business Administration (m/w/d), part-time (19.5 h/w), limited to 2 years with option to take over.

You work in close cooperation with the pedagogical leadership on the project orientation of the circus. The following topics include your task: Cost centers and financial planning, financial statements Creation of project calculations Project acquisition/ Application for funding Controlling funding, donations and donations Project accounts Creating numerical evidence of use numerical control of the entire project and the location Communication with sponsors, offices, bodies and other partners as well as participation in local network meetings

A dynamic and dedicated personality is sought with the interest in working with numbers in the social environment. You bring with them: A completed study of the BWL or a commercial training as far as possible with additional qualification in finance or project management or equivalent degree comprehensive expertise and professional experience in commercial accounting, costing and controlling Experience in the social field is desirable, especially with funding-funded structures and fundraising
