Junior Marketing Controller (m/w/d)

As part of our controlling team, your activities focus on sales and marketing controlling. Knowledge of the implementation of sales analyses will enable you to actively support both the sales and marketing areas as well as the management in corporate management. You are not afraid to critically question existing processes as well as tools and to initiate independent improvements. In a complementary training ''on-the-job'' by specialist and leadership seminars, you will learn about the entire range of our business and will be fully prepared for your future tasks. After a short time, we will give you your own tasks and give you the chance to test your skills in the context of responsible project work.

Sales and budget planning in cooperation with sales teams for e-commerce and print media Analysis, plausibility and coordination of planning processes Definition and implementation of measures to optimize control and planning processes Conducting analyses and reporting of sales scales Preparation of management decisions by targeted analysis and interpretation of KPIs

You have completed economic studies You have a strong sense of numbers and have very good analytical and conceptual skills You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel You understand teamwork as a joint resolution of tasks with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility You draw your attention through a high level of enthusiasm, willingness to use and strong interest in new media Also in hectic situations, you can take a look for details and convince by your independent, proactive and structured work
