Our team marketing and communication makes our projects and offers visible to the inside and outside and encourages attention to the social concerns of Johanniter in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. As part of our team, you will help us communicate our messages attentively and according to target groups – on our social media channels, in press and public relations and as content for internal and external communication.

They develop our content and social media strategy for addressing different target groups. You create editorial plans for our internal and external channels and formats and take care of the content's output. You take over the community management as well as the success control and reporting for the individual channels. They design and implement target group-specific content (text, image, video) for website, newsletters, social media and advertising materials. They work closely with our departments, departments and our corporate influencers. They develop and design means of communication for corporate communication, for trade fairs and events as well as for employer branding and recruiting measures.

You have an education or study in the creative field, in marketing, in media sciences or you have a comparable qualification. They have experience in creating, executing and analyzing content and are ideally familiar with press and public relations. They work in a structured, self-responsible manner and want to work in the team. They think strategically and at the same time spark creative ideas. They have a good sense of language, master the art of storytelling and bring very good editorial skills. You have a good eye for design and design. They also feel at home in the online and social media sector and are always curious about corresponding trends.
