Central Quality Manager/ ZQM in Outpatient Care (m/f/d)

As a central quality manager (m/w/d), you make sure that our high quality standards in care are lived across all our 20 locations at our customers: in practice, efficiently and always with a view to the welfare of the people we care about. Leadership & Counseling: You advise, attend and accompany managers and nurses at around 20 locations in all matters of care quality and quality management. Quality analysis: You create, analyze and interpret quality-relevant key figures, check the maintenance documentation and derive concrete improvement measures as well as decision bases. Quality assurance & development: You ensure a high quality of care in everyday life and accompany the definition, implementation and further development of QM processes at the locations. Optimization & Standards: You develop, implement and update internal standards, guides as well as training and further training concepts and continuously evaluate the QM manual. Audits & audits: You coordinate internal audits as well as MD audits – including pre- and post-processing, documentation and action tracking. Training & Knowledge Transfer: You are training on quality, process and hygiene issues and supporting sustainable implementation in everyday work. Reporting: You report directly to the CEO.

Complete training as a nurse, ideally with further education in quality management, alternatively also with qualification as a nursing service (PDL), or a study in health care. Multiannual professional experience in outpatient care. First practical experience in central quality management (ZQM), ideally in a cross-site role. Knowledge of legal requirements. Organisational skills, communication strength and joy in structured, practice-oriented work. A readiness to travel and an independent, solution-oriented approach.
