We are looking for you for our IT team in Hannover Senior Consultant (m/w/d) from now on, in full time (38 hours/week)

You conduct, shape and motivate your global team of Solution Architects, act as mentor:in and continuously develop the team members. With a practical hands-on mentality, you ensure the high availability and performance of business-critical applications for our biscuit, cake and bolt production. You will create sustainable roadmaps for our application landscape and will be responsible for the strategic and operational lifecycle management of applications. You control the application management team of our external IT service provider in close coordination with the Global IT Service Delivery Manager. You translate into future-oriented IT structures and end-to-end processes as a communicative “Dolmetscher” business-needs of the departments. You conduct complex integration projects and deliver them reliably in time, scope and budget. You are responsible for global license management and the management of project budgets and resource use. You drive the digital transformation forward and support data governance in cooperation with Lead Data & AI.

You are an experienced leadership with a fine feel for people who can weld, inspire and tear teams together. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic mentality and bring a profound, practice-proven understanding of SAP S/4HANA as well as complex SAP projects. You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable digital qualification. You are versed in performing Fit/Gap analyses (SAP / Non-SAP) and know you with modern reporting tools like SAP Fiori. You understand the dynamics and speed of the FMCG sector, where stable applications are the basis for smooth supply chains. You have profound experience in classic and agile IT project management. You are characterized by strong intercultural competence, ability to enforce and the ability to set clear priorities in a dynamic environment. You communicate and negotiate absolutely safely in German and English to successfully lead our international teams and partners.
