Conception, control and implementation of strategic personnel projects

Accompanying and organizing annual rounds of talks, in particular employee and development talks including the derivation of needs in our seminar management

Coordination and further development of occupational health management, including the implementation of occupational integration management (BEM) and the planning and implementation of health projects

Coordination of internships, training and dual studies, including cooperation with schools, universities and external partners

Participation in personal business processes along the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding)

Education: completed commercial vocational training, studies in the field of human resources management/economy/economic psychology or a comparable qualification

Experiences and know-how: professional experience in human resources management, ideally in a generalistic HR role, experience in the conception and implementation of HR projects as well as in dealing with executives, safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with HR software solutions

Language: reliable knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Personality: pronounced communication and consulting skills combined with a safe and empathic appearance, organisational strength and sense of responsibility
