The BBK is the head office of the Federal Government for National Crisis Management in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners. In view of this task, our interdisciplinary team is growing steadily. We are looking for unlimited duration at the next time a full lawyer (w/m/d) Group E 13 (TVöD) in the Unit Z.II.5 “Sales and Procurement” or, if desired, immediate beaming* according to grade A 13h (Bund) at the office of Bonn Note: This is a BBK tendering procedure, which is carried out by the BMI's centralised legal selection procedure.

Exciting consulting work – you advise the specialists and managers on legal issues in procurement law and are the first person to speak to colleagues. Legal analysis – You keep the legislation and jurisdiction on procurement law continuously in mind and thus ensure the legal certainty of the procurement procedures supervised in the house. You adapt internal processes to the current legal situation or develop them further, possibly in coordination with other units. Further development of internal processes – you develop basic specifications for the procurement processes in the BBK, develop them conceptually and implement them in the house. A variety of tasks – you systematically deal with complex issues from different areas of responsibility, prepare them address-oriented and argue convincingly and make important decisions. Interdisciplinary and inter-governmental cooperation – you work with experts from different disciplines within the BBK, as well as with external cooperation partners or partners, such as the BMI Procurement Office. Participation in legislative procedures – you are working with national legislative projects.

You have the capacity to the judges' office and have reached the first and second legal state exams with a total number of together at least 13 points. You are a professional beginner or already have professional experience as a full lawyer. Ideally, you have very good knowledge of procurement law (e.g. GWB, UVgO, VgV). Legal issues and questions are addressed and solution-oriented in interdisciplinary teams. You have a safe and binding appearance and convincing oral and written expressiveness. You possess good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. Your proactive engagement as well as your team and integration skills are a feature. In contact with colleagues and external cooperation partners, you can rely on knowledge of the German language and knowledge of B2 level. As our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organization.
