Legal support for the establishment and development of cooperations and cooperation in cross-subsidiary cooperation programmes, overall and subprojects with a view to the legal assessment of risks and opportunities and advice on design areas Representation of the management of staff in cross- UVT bodies as well as in SV-Gremien of BG BAU (representation meeting, board meeting, permanent committee, building committee) or as an appeal (internal and external) in technical matters relating to policy and cooperation issues

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in legal consulting with a focus on company law in a legal department or a law firm Multiannual professional experience in contract design and negotiation First professional experience in the implementation of digitalization components in public administration Professional experience in legal support within a programme or overall project within public administration Very good expertise in the field of company law, including statutory law and in general contract law with interfaces to data protection and procurement law and IT security knowledge in the field of substantive social security law (especially SGB IV, SGB VII and SGB X) and general administrative law as well as knowledge of formal procedural law for supervisory examinations desirable or the willingness to acquire them in a reasonable time knowledge of the law of public cooperation (cooperation agreements, performance certificates, supplements) or the willingness to acquire them in a reasonable time Safe handling of MS Office applications Innovation competence as well as the ability to conceptual and independent work and an analytical thinking and judgment Standing for occasional, multi-day missions by prior arrangement
