Your tasks: Support for various administrative and organisational tasks in the field of personnel administration, recruiting and personnel development, such as data and system care, candidate and candidate management, on-board and off-boarding activities Creation and maintenance of employee information (e.g.: mailing, presentations, care of the intranet) Cooperation with projects and special topics

Your profile: Studies in the field of Business Administration with a focus on staff, psychology, education/adult education or comparable First practical experience in staffing is desired High social competence and strong team skills High level of independence and reliability as well as pronounced service orientation Very good communication, and presentation skills Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable readiness for regular presence on site Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is indefinite.
