ASSESSMENT

• Progressive increase in sales with GRIMME original parts
• Discipline leadership of 19 employees and professional responsibility of Parts Managers in the worldwide sales regions
• Conception and implementation of global pricing and condensation models
• Process optimization as well as number-funded control of the strategic and operational spare parts business
• Expansion of existing and new business models and sales channels
• Analysis and creation of data-based action recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Study of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Commercial Knowledge or Comparative Qualification
• Multiannual leadership experience, ideal for spare parts in industry
• Target-oriented, motivating and high-through leadership personality as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation
• Very good knowledge of analytics, IT and controlling
• Negotiating knowledge of English, other languages of advantage
