Development of embedded software for our drive technology based on ST microcontrollers Testing and verification of the software over all stages of development (unit, software and system tests) Planning, implementation and maintenance of new functionalities including complete documentation in Polarion Continuous improvement of software security through regular analyses, reviews and optimizations Support in the construction, expansion and commissioning of test environments and in the execution of test series Cooperation with external service providers and partners as well as interface management to certifying bodies

Complete study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, technical computer science or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in the development of firmware/embedded software Structured, systematic working and experience in interdisciplinary development projects Good knowledge of functional safety and relevant standards and development processes (e.g. IEC EN 61508) Ideally experience with Polarion, Cantata and version management (SVN or GitHub) Knowledge in Ethernet-based bus systems and associated safety protocols (e.g. PROFIsafe, FSoE, CIP Safety) are advantageous. Knowledge of German and very good English in Word and Writing Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and good SAP skills Team-oriented personality with open, communication
