Systems Analyst IT Collaboration (m/f/d)

You take over the professional leadership of a team of IT specialists for Collaboration Tools, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Teams Rooms, Teams Phone and SharePoint. You control and coordinate projects for the introduction, further development and optimization of collaboration solutions and advise specialist areas on their applications and best practices. You are responsible for the smooth operation and support of the collaboration platforms and provide interface management to other IT departments and external service providers. You configure and maintain Microsoft Teams Phone, including Number Management, Callflows, Auto Attendants/Queues, and coordinate with Carriers and Session Border Controller (SBC). You ensure the proactive monitoring and lifecycle management of the Rooms teams, including firmware and peripheral updates, as well as the management of the Exchange room accounts and licenses. You administrate Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Management, take care of Enrollment, Compliance, App Deployment, Remote Wipe/Lock and optimize the Mobile Device Management environment. You implement authorization and governance concepts in SharePoint Online and OneDrive, implement policies and standards and ensure security and compliance in Entra ID. You create and maintain documentation, guidelines and training documents in systems such as Confluence; You can also promote automation, for example using PowerShell or Power Automate, to reduce manual activities. You enable end-users and IT colleagues, perform the professional training and coaching of new team members. You actively support the selection of new tools and technologies as well as the development and implementation of the IT strategy in the field of collaboration.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification, for example as a specialist in system integration. You bring several years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its Core Administration. You have well-founded knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive with a focus on permissions and governance. You administrate Microsoft Intune, including Enrollment, Compliance, App Deployment, Remote Wipe and Lock. You are safe in handling IT networks (routing, switching), SIP protocol and firewall policies. You ideally have experience in professional leadership or project management. You work systematically and analytically, are resilient and flexible in handling demanding stakeholders and bring a high self-initiative. You master German and English in word and writing.
