We rely on you: You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and promote their professional and organizational development You bear the technical responsibility for all building-related electrical systems and systems. These include, in particular, the energy distribution, complex emergency power and grid replacement systems and the 20 kV medium-voltage systems Together with your team, you ensure the safe, legally compliant and reliable operation of the electrotechnical infrastructure as well as high plant availability You plan, prioritise and coordinate maintenance, testing and maintenance measures and ensure a structured analysis and sustainable elimination of electrical disturbances You are responsible for testing and safe operation of the company's electrical equipment with your team, including the timely and comprehensible documentation You evaluate the condition of the plants and develop suitable maintenance, modernization and renewal strategies You control external service providers and specialist companies from commissioning, on-site assistance to professional acceptance In complex or critical situations, you make informed decisions, coordinate the interfaces involved and ensure smooth processes

How to complete our team: You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering with further training as a technician or master (m/w/d) or a completed degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering Ideally with first leadership experience With your enforcing ability, your structured analyseability and a high motivation to advance topics With your experience in handling complex plant controls and technical systems With your openness for new and your willingness to actively shape change
