As a Recruiter (m/w/d), it is your main task to find hungry and top-motivated talents for all places we write in both sales and marketing and full-fillment and to win for us. Your main tasks include: Personal needs planning: You agree with the management, which talents are needed in the company up to what time.

Control of the entire recruiting process: You are responsible for viewing all incoming applications, running phone interviews, and sharing interviews with the management.

Applicant Management & Communication: You are constantly in contact with the applicants and make sure that a positive “candidate experience” is created by transparent and value-adding communication.

Interview management & selection procedures: You plan your own phone interviews, perform and moderate them according to the guide and select the best candidates for a joint interview.

If there are talented applicants that we can't set up immediately or where you can see great potential, you add them to our talent pool and keep contact with them. .

Multi-Posting & Channel Management: You select and play the optimal recruiting channel (e.g. Stepstone, Indeed, Social Recruiting, Active Sourcing) depending on the location to be occupied.

Professional experience: You have at least two years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Social Recruiting: You have first experiences in Active Sourcing & in the use of modern recruiting tools (e.g. Stepstone & Indeed) and social recruiting.

Organizational talent: You have an excellent ability to set priorities, keep dates and tasks in mind and structure all application processes efficiently.

High self-motivation: You have a high level of motivation and readiness. You yourself do routine tasks with the utmost care and conscience.

Proactive procedure: You can independently identify tasks and challenges as well as plan and trade forwardly in order to protect the management as well as the departments from imminent personnel shortages.

Quickness: You know the best talents are never long available on the labour market. Therefore, you will check and answer new applications within 24 – 48h and then contact them first.

EDV- & Tool-knowledge: You have very good spelling, MS-Olice (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Internet-knowledge. Platforms such as Stepstone and Indeed are very familiar to you.

Communication strength: You communicate clearly and professionally in word and writing with both other employees and (potential) applicants.

Human knowledge: You have a high sense of talent, have advanced sales and negotiation techniques to keep you from being dazzled by good sellers, are empathic and show a professional appearance throughout the application process.

Language skills: You speak German fluently and you have an optimal English language.
