In the first few weeks you will learn about the company, your fellow trainees and the training team. Your basic technical training and the use in the development in Lübeck are optimally prepared for your use with the customer. The first about 20 months you spend in our beautiful Hanseatic city. You will then work with the customer in Kiel and Lübeck in our projects on site. The vocational school takes place at the Emil-Possehl-Schule in Lübeck (block lessons), where you will receive accommodation. You are a lot on the go and gain valuable experiences while we always support you. You are directly in use with the customer as an electronics company for devices and systems in the UKSH in Kiel and Lübeck. You make sure our medical devices work reliably in the hospital and stay ready for use with the customer on site.
