Implementation of change measures: You support the design and implementation of change management initiatives Presentations for different target groups: You create and rework professional PowerPoint presentations Data analysis: You evaluierst survey data and summarize the results in a comprehensible manner Stakeholder engagement: You coordinate appointments, collect topics and ensure a smooth exchange Project Management Support: You monitor the project progress of the Change Stream, adjust the project's roadmaps and tune changes with the relevant stakeholders Change-Communication: You develop communication content and start communication timetables in close coordination with the change team

You study humanities, social sciences or economics, economic psychology or a comparable discipline Change Management is exciting for you and you are interested in accompanying transformation processes. You also have a sense of the needs of employees Creativity is your strength and you like to develop new ideas and create content appealing You bring analytical thinking and a good numerical understanding as well as sound knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools – Jira experience is a plus or you have the willingness to work on You are a team player and you want to drive themes together You have very good communication and organization skills
