They are planning construction projects with the main points in the military field, as well as in civil federal construction, which we are mainly pursuing for the Federal Ministry of Defence. Development of construction projects and construction activities from the basic position determination to the object support Planning of technical installations with the gravity of heating, air conditioning, plumbing and/or room air technology for new, refurbishment and expansion buildings (e.g. underground buildings, port facilities, passenger halls) Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings Creation of services including subsequent examination of offers Control and verification of services freelance workers in execution up to acceptance Participation in the creation of energy and infrastructure concepts

Complete study of the field of supply technology, technical equipment, mechanical engineering with a focus in the building and thermal engineering, environmental-friendly building technology, energy technology or a comparable field; as an alternative: completed training for the state-tested technician (m/w/d) of the above-mentioned subject or Heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology with multi-year experience in the planning of TGA plants Fully agreed for technically complex relationships, in particular for heating, cooling, ventilation and/or sanitary (HKLS) Ideally knowledge of HKLS planning according to HOAI Good communication capability and safe occurrence Class B/3 driving licence and provision of services within Schleswig-Holstein Willingness to participate in an extended safety test
