Servicetechniker - KNX / JUNG Systeme (m/w/d) für Bayern (unlimited, full-time)

These are your tasks:

Self-fulfilment of commissioning of our KNX and JUNG system solutions to customers on site Error analysis, diagnosis and sustainable reclamation as well as technical disorders Competent technical support of our customers, partners and our local and remote service Ensuring efficient, customer-oriented and documented processing of complaints Maintenance and documentation of your services in the CRM system Close cooperation with technical support, development department and sales to continuously optimize our products and processes Presentation of JUNG as a reliable contact for high-quality and solution-oriented services

This is your profile:

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics company for energy and building technology / electrical installation (m/w/d) or studies in electrical engineering Knowledge in the field of KNX and building system technology Experience in commissioning and fault diagnosis of complex electrotechnical systems Embossed customer and service orientation as well as a structured, solution-oriented manner Communication strength, self-initiative and safe customer appearance Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and safe handling of digital media and tools Driving license class B and willingness to flexible service operations within your region - equipped with modern technology and utility vehicle
