BIM Manager (m/w/d)

You will participate in the national BIM team (Business Improvement Management) as a representative of the branch. In close cooperation with relevant disciplines such as warehouses, fleets, meat processing, BID and sales, you continuously opt for existing process processes. Together with the departments, you develop new processes and document them clearly, structured and comprehensible. In addition, you analyze and evaluate company data as well as KPIs and actively contribute to the further development of the company controlling. You will develop improvement measures to increase efficiency and process stability and implement them in a targeted manner.

You have a completed commercial, logistical or comparable training and ideally bring experience in process management, controlling, logistics or operational areas. You also have a good understanding of operational processes and key figures. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and are sure to revolve with MS Office, especially Excel. The strength of communication as well as the joy of working with different disciplines are yours. In addition, you bring your own initiative, sense of responsibility and the willingness to actively promote changes. Team spirit and interest in cooperation in the national BIM team round off your profile.
