The Customer Support Back-office Specialist (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing sales contracts (from creation to maintenance, renewal and termination), processing of hardware orders (from ordering to delivery to the customer), settlement processing (from invoice to dispute settlement). This position is part of the Customer Support & Administration Team and you report to the Customer Support Contracts Management. Maintenance of sales contracts, implementation of contract extensions and implementation of price increases in the commodity economy system (Oracle) Processing of customer invoices and invoices, investigation and clarification of registered bank invoices Manage hardware orders from order allocation to delivery to the customer Daily tracking of device orders, taking responsibility for the necessary measures Processing customer requests, taking responsibility and ensuring adequate communication between the customer and the external service

Training as an industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman or comparable training Flowing German knowledge and good English skills Very good user identifiers of the MS Office package Experience in handling a commodity management system such as Oracle, SAP or the like It would be advantageous if you also have the following skills: Experiences with invoicing and shipping of products
