As Head of Export Control, you will bear the global responsibility as an export control officer within the Aerzener Group as a three-headed team at the Aerzen headquarters. Ensuring compliance with embargo measures and monitoring of operations and implementation of system solutions Export control assessment and monitoring and management of operations and projects Further development of the export control processes of the Aerzener Group according to legal requirements Creation and monitoring of work and organisational instructions for relevant departments Direct reporting to the management in line with the Compliance Officer Intrusion in business operations through stop and instructions Processing, testing and documentation of export decisions Application for export movement permits to authorities Development of export control team and contribution to knowledge management Definition and implementation of contractual export control clauses to business partners Preparation and implementation of relevant certifications Organisation and archiving of export control processes and documents

Completed studies in business or law or commercial training with many years of professional experience At least five years of practical experience in the field of external economics Funded knowledge in external economic law (AWG/AWV), the EU dual-use regulation and the US (Re) export control law General technical understanding Leadership and joy in team management Own initiative and independent and effective work Excellent communication skills and team skills Willingness to continue and travel Very good English skills in word and writing
